Event Details
On Saturday, May 15 2021, The Children’s Museum of the Upstate will be hosting a museum fundraiser and family event called Celebrating America’s Heroes. As the pandemic has expanded our notion of what it means to be a hero, this event will celebrate the MANY heroes in our Greenville community! From doctors and nurses, to grocery store workers, to our armed forces and first responders, this will be a celebratory day recognizing many.
Families will be able to participate in a kid-friendly boot camp, make fun patriotic crafts, see the inside of firetrucks (and more), and play in the entire museum. Food trucks will be on-site to purchase food and beverages.
The event will be held with timed ticketing (9AM, 11:30AM and 2PM) with limited capacities.
