Travel with Jack and Annie, stars of the Magic Tree House® best-selling children’s book series, as they search for answers to a mysterious riddle they discover in a written note signed “–M.”
Viewers peek into the treehouse and follow Jack and Annie on an exciting adventure as they meet a helpful astronomer and an astronaut. As they travel to an observatory and beyond into space, Jack and Annie nearly get … well, we don’t want to give the surprise away!
Recommended for age 4 and above.
7:30PM FEATURE SHOW: TALES OF THE MAYA SKIES
Tales of the Maya Skies immerses viewers in the wonders of Maya science, cosmology and myth, as you are taken back in time to the jungles of Mexico and to the cities and temples of the ancient Maya.
The beautifully illustrated story reveals how the Maya scholars developed a sophisticated understanding of astronomy, architecture, and mathematics that enabled them to predict solstices, solar eclipses, weather patterns and planetary movements, and through this knowledge make sense of the world around them.
