Walk for Water - Greenville

Millions of women and children walk more than three miles to collect water each day for their families. Often, the water collected is unsafe to drink. But there is hope.

The 2nd Annual Walk for Water is located on the beautiful grounds of Furman University Campus, with the route taking participants around the lake with their bucket, before filling up with water and completing their 2nd lap. At the end of the Walk we invite participants to enjoy our celebration at the Amphitheatre with family friendly activities including DJ Sammy, inflatables, TCMU’s imagination playground, food trucks and the opportunity to learn more about the global water crisis and the solutions available! We walk, so others don’t have to.
