Heart & Sole 5K

Get ready to lace up your running or walking shoes and join us for the Heart & Sole 5K event! This race is perfect for runners of all levels and ages. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking for a fun way to be active, this event is for you.

A separate, shortened fun run will take place for kids ages 3-10 before the start of the 5K, making this the perfect event for families!

All proceeds from the Heart & Sole 5K Run/Walk will be donated to the American Heart Association, an organization dedicated to fighting and preventing heart disease.
