Bias is an innate human trait; we all have it. Being aware of our biases can help us recognize their influence and impact on our behaviors and worldview. The Bias Inside Us offers an opportunity to learn how to challenge bias in the world through awareness of one’s own bias.
WHAT: UHM Homeschool Day
WHEN: Friday, October 20 | 1:30 p.m.
WHERE: Upcountry History Museum
HOW: October 20 is open to children in 1st-12th grade.
WHY: Explore the psychology of human bias.
COST: $10 per student & $12 per adult
UHM MEMBERS COST: $6 per student & Adults are FREE
