Move and Grow: Baby Explorers

Move & Grow is a play group guided by pediatric therapists, Robyn Evans OTR/L and Elizabeth Darling, PT, DPT.

It’s time to start exploring! This class provides strategies for encouraging independent mobility through gross motor milestones, such as army crawling, creeping on hands and knees, cruising, and walking. We will also cover transitions to sitting, standing, and hands and knees to help your little one get on the move on their own! We will also address age-appropriate visual motor, fine motor, and sensory skills for further advancement of exploration of their environment.  This class also gives children and caregivers the opportunity to engage with others as we play together!
