Rootabaga Express! Free Summer Plays at Carl Sandburg Home NHS

From June 15 through August 5, free summer children’s plays return on Thursdays and Saturdays at 10:15 a.m. There will be apprentice actors from the Flat Rock Playhouse Vagabond School of the Drama performing “Rootabaga Express!,” a musical adaptation of Carl Sandburg’s children’s books, Rootabaga
Stories. No plays on July 13 and 15.

 The FREE 30-minute shows are appropriate for ALL ages and are held weather permitting at the amphitheater. Rootabaga Ranger activity sheets will be available at the amphitheater.
