Primrose Schools is a family of accredited, high-quality early education and care schools for children ages 6 weeks to 6-years-old (including Private Kindergarten) and after-school care for children up to age 12.  Our Balanced Learning® System has been developed by and taught exclusively at Primrose Schools. It is a research-based curriculum that blends teacher-guided and child-initiated activities with a special emphasis on character development.

We have an onsite Chef who follows a balanced menu plan that includes all of your child’s meals and snacks throughout the day. Good nutrition is a key part of our Healthy Bodies program that promotes healthy eating and an active lifestyle. We know the right food at the right time not only boosts energy, but also can elevate a child’s mood and thinking skills during a crucial development stage. At Primrose, you will also receive digital “daily reports” of exactly what your child ate that day, how long they napped, pictures throughout the day, etc.

Children can continue after preschool into Primrose’s high quality private Kindergarten program that combines math and literacy with important skills such as character development, music, and Spanish. Our Kindergarten program is designed to promote social, emotional, physical, cognitive, creative and character development, so your child is prepared to take on elementary school and beyond.

Anyone who has talked to me about kids over the last 5 years has heard me lament the high cost of daycare. But Primrose at Five Forks has been far more than "daycare" for our two kids over the last 5 years, and 1000% worth it. I am eternally grateful for the teachers, staff, and administrators who have gone above and beyond to not just babysit our kids, but truly to help raise them and extend the love that we have at home into each school day. Our kids have had exceptional teacher after exceptional teacher, and that speaks to how selectively the owners and administrators hire and retain great people. Many of those great people not only helped our children, but helped my wife and I navigate the sometimes confusing world of new-parenthood. They've always been receptive to our feedback, flexible and accommodating (especially in the craziness of the pandemic shutdown), and they've always shown the utmost care for our family. We'll be happy to see our kids graduate to elementary school one day, but we will certainly be sad to leave Primrose when that day comes.

Our daughter started attending the Primrose School of Simpsonville at Five Forks when she was 12 weeks old. We’ve been a Primrose family for over two years now and our daughter has flourished and grown by leaps and bounds. The teachers have been incredible and what she is learning is invaluable. More than all of the education she receives it’s the sense of security we have in leaving our child every day in the loving care of the teachers and staff at Primrose. All of her teachers have genuinely taken care of our daughter as if she really were their own child. They are so patient and kind—they always answer all of our questions, follow our instructions and really get to know us as people. Plus, we absolutely love the picture updates we get throughout the day and the very comprehensive daily reports we get at the end of each day. It truly is a sense of family at Primrose and I cannot imagine my daughter getting her early childhood education from anywhere else. We feel blessed to be a part of the Primrose family and look forward to many more years with them as our trusted education provider.
