Local businesses are being hit hard with the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. As we social distance and isolate, they inevitably are losing customers. From restaurants to play venues, sports and entertainment venues, studios and local shops, businesses are offering some special deals and products during this time. Papa John’s Pizza: Papa John’s has changed it’s delivery to offer “No Contact Delivery.” This means customers will have no contact with delivery drivers.

The Saturday Market in downtown Greenville is a favorite for many. While the market has delayed opening, you can still purchase items from the vendors. Visit Market Connect to connect with the vendors and see what they have for sale and how to pick it up.

Wild Bird Center of Greer: Check their facebook page for photos of a variety of bird themed gifts plus bird houses, feeders and more. It’s the perfect time to set a feeder out in the yard and watch the birds. Call ahead to order and they’ll bring your purchases to the car.

Roper Mountain Science Center: If you renew or sign up for a new membership during Roper Mountain’s closure, it will be valid for one year from the date Roper Mountain re-opens, or one year from your current expiration date – whichever is later – so that you get a full year’s value from your membership.
