Gower Estates
An established and always growing community just 10 minutes from Downtown Greenville, Gower Estates is a popular neighborhood for many Greenville, SC residents.
Gower comprises over 500 homes ranging from brick ranches to traditional styles and remodeled cottages. Lots are relatively large and homes sit away from streets lined with mature trees and, in many places, wide sidewalks. Bent Creek Subdivision is less than 3 miles from the heart of Downtown Greer and all the boutique shopping and dining experiences the town has to offer. Frequent travelers will also appreciate the neighborhood is only 15 minutes from Greenville-Spartanburg Airport.

One of Greenville’s newer neighborhoods, Hartness is an amenity-rich community with an emphasis on getting outdoors. Similar to Hollingsworth, Hartness offers a variety of custom home layouts of many sizes from townhome up to spacious estate. Hartness is located in Greenville and is just 10 minutes from Five Forks shopping and dining.

For KAG Readers who are fans of rolling hills, Italian and French country inspired architecture, and custom home design, Montebello is for you! I personally live in Montebello and am blown away by its beauty and amenities; the community has been an amazing fit for my family.
As far as amenities go, Montebello has something for everyone, including a pool next to our clubhouse, Club Bella, a bocce ball court, a putting green, tennis courts, and a playground. My kids love spending afternoons by the pool, and I enjoy a tennis match on occasion. We’re all really excited about some new updates coming soon as well; our clubhouse is being renovated currently and we’re in the process of adapting our tennis courts for pickleball.
Despite its idyllic, secluded feel, Montebello is only a few minutes away from Furman University, Downtown Greenville, and popular shopping and dining areas, so you don’t have to sacrifice location for convenience. Montebello is zoned for Summit Drive Elementary, Sevier Middle, and Wade Hampton High.
