YMCA of Greenville Summer Day Camp

Day Camp at the YMCA of Greenville is a great place for children and teens to start finding magic in the adventure! We are excited to have your camper experience a fun-filled, exciting summer!

It is important that your child has a wonderful “first”, “second”…or “seventh” camp experience. The YMCA of Greenville’s goal is to create an atmosphere of trust and friendship so that each camper will feel happy and confident at camp. Campers’ activities include but are not limited to: assemblies, choice activities based on weekly themes, skits, stories, arts & crafts, fitness activities, relays, character development, academic enrichment and counselor huddle times.

The YMCA of Greenville camp program is progressively structured to challenge children according to their age. Camp programming is planned to give children an introduction to a wide variety of camp activities, along with providing them the opportunity for creative expression.

Summer Day Camp is offered at Caine Halter Family YMCA (Greenville), Eastside Family YMCA (Taylors), George I. Theisen Family YMCA (Travelers Rest), Judson Community Center (Greenville) and Prisma Health Family YMCA (Simpsonville).

Financial assistance is available for most camps.

Each summer, we explore what living out your faith looks like through outdoor activities like archery, canoeing, climbing, community-building, daily devotions, & engaging worship!

Located in Cleveland, SC, with 300 beds and 2,000 acres with beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails. Our summer camp is second to none! Established in 1961, our mission has been to serve all people for Christian birth, growth, & renewal.

We have a variety of programs for rising 2nd graders through rising 12th graders; you choose what is best for your camper. We offer 10 sessions of camp; programs vary based on the session. Visit our website to learn more about the magic of Asbury Hills, and register today for Summer 2025!

Where the Blue Ridge Mountains meet adventure, Camp Tekoa creates experiences that last a lifetime. Children experience our unique and loving Christian community, helping them to grow in faith, leadership and courage. Our Hendersonville location combines the natural beauty of Western North Carolina with dynamic programming for both day and overnight campers. Whether scaling our climbing walls, zipping through treetops, navigating challenge courses, scouting hiking trails, or exploring our 2-acre lake, each activity is thoughtfully designed to build confidence, create friendships, and allow young adventurers to experience God in nature.

DAY CAMP
Ages: Elementary Day 6*- 8 *must have completed Kindergarten
Adventure Day 9 – 11 year olds
Dates: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm (various weeks throughout summer)

OVERNIGHT CAMPS
Ages: 7-17
Dates: Weekly sessions June 1st through July 27th

Since 1961, Asbury Hills has been serving all people for Christian birth, growth, and renewal by offering overnight, week-long summer camp for rising 2nd-12th graders!

Elementary Through High School camps available, with Family Camp also available.

2025 Asbury Hills Summer Camp Registration is now open.

Kids will learn to care for llamas, groom, and enjoy hikes with llamas.

Camp McCall run from May 29th, 2025 – August 3rd, 2025

A gospil centered, outdoor camp summer camp in Brevard, North Carolina for ages rising 3rd grade – 12th grade. The camp offers overnight camping.

Valley Forest School is offering summer camps in 2025 from ages 3 and older (camps vary by age). Most camps are from 9 am until 2:30 or 3:30 pm.

The Girls Scouts of South Carolina- Mountains to Midlands offers programs to girls scouts of all abilities and backgrounds.

They offer special events, camps, cookie sales, and so much more! Upstate, SC troops are available for ages Kindergarten and up.

Summer Camp: You will also find some amazing Girls Scouts of South Carolina- M2M Summer Camp options!

Camps in Spartanburg, Columbia, and an overnight Camp WaBak in the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains are available.

Offers: Daily riding lesson or trail ride, educational horse activities like grooming, saddling, horse safety, healthcare, and feeding. Campers will also enjoy horsey arts & crafts, a Bible devotional, and a snack. For ages 6 – 14.

PARI Summer Campers will enjoy rocketry, engineering, astrophysics, biology, adventure, and fun in the beautiful Pisgah Forest region.

2025 PARI Summer Camp registration is open!

Over a fun-filled week at  YLI Headquarters in Pickens, SC, campers will test their creativity and problem-solving skills. This camp is for children aged 9 – 15.

Camps are overnight, week-long, and begin June 8th, 2025-August 1st, 2025.

Registration for 2025 Camp Voyager Summer Camp is now open!

Offers youth camps and family/adult camps in Brevard, NC. Camps provide a Christian background along with outdoor adventure for grades 7 – 12.

2025 Summer Camp runs each week from June 2nd, 2025 – August 9th, 2025, with guest speakers each week, with check in on Monday and programs ending on Saturday mornings.
