Powered by fun, exploration, and adventure, it’s everything that summer should be about! At Legendary Summer Camp, there’s always something new to experience, and no two days are the same.

Explore the earth under our feet, physics of flight, the wonders of water, journey to space, the science around us, and so much more!

Field Trips & School Programs: The South Carolina Botanical Garden at Clemson offers 45-60 minute school programs intended to support your curriculum and grade level. Fee is $5 per student.

Summer Camp Offers: The SC Botanical Garden at Clemson offers week-long summer camps in June and July for kids aged 6 – 12.

Offers both residential and summer day camps

Residential camps are through the Clemson University Summer Scholars program and in conjunction with PARI.

Day camps are held at Jordan Hall on the Clemson University campus.

Offers an array of different weekly drama camps for different age ranges and levels.

Ages K4 – 12th grade

Education and Field Trips: Hagood Mill offers tours of the 176-year-old mill, the Hagood Creek Petroglyph Site, blacksmith shop, and moonshine still. Children may watch demonstrations by local artisans, participate in hands-on activities, and experience workshops. There are several field trip options including one-day or multi-day trips, traveling field trip shows, and virtual field trips.

Summer Camp Offers: Hagood Mill will offer a summer camp in 2024 for Camp Hagood on June 12-14 from 8:30 am to 4 pm! Camp Hagood is open to rising 3rd-9th grade students. Camp cost is $175.

Offers summer camp for ages 4 and older, all skill levels welcome.

Designed for children ages 6-14, campers will learn about life on a farm, including the responsibility of animal care, and engage in farm games, farm animal activities, and growing food and plants.

2024 camps are two days long.
June 3rd – 4th from 9 am – 2 pm
June 10th – 13th from 9 am – 1 pm

Offers: Week-long course in a field of interest with a university instructor. Current Clemson students serve as mentors who guide Scholars through the week.

2024 Camp McCall Registration is now open

Over a fun-filled week at  YLI Headquarters in Pickens, SC, campers will test their creativity and problem-solving skills. This camp is for children aged 9 – 15.

Camps are overnight, week-long, and begin June 2nd, 2024 – July 26, 2024

Registration for 2024 Camp Voyager Summer Camp is now open!

Offers summer day camp at all three branches of the YMCA Easley, Pickens, and Powdersville. Along with games and activities, day campers will enjoy an age-appropriate and high-quality summer experience.

 2024 Summer Camp registration opens for Y members on March 1, 2024 and March 15, 2024 for non-members.
