Foothills offers exciting, age-appropriate summer camps designed to build confidence, skills, and friendships in a fun, supportive environment.

Tiny Tot Camps (Ages 3–5) meet for 2 hours daily and introduce young children to movement through gymnastics, ninja, cheer, tumbling, and imaginative play. Campers climb, jump, roll, balance, and explore obstacle courses while developing coordination, listening skills, independence, and social confidence. Specialty themes like Cheer & Tumble and Camp Happily Ever After add music, mini cheers, creative play, and princess fun to basic gymnastics instruction. These camps are perfect for first-time campers who love to move and play.

Camps for Ages 6 & Up meet for 3 hours daily and are designed for both beginners and experienced athletes. Gymnastics Camp focuses on skill development across events, strength, flexibility, and technique. Cheer Camp teaches cheers, jumps, stunts, tumbling, choreography, and teamwork, ending with a performance. Ninja Camp challenges campers with climbing, agility courses, and strength-building obstacles. Great Adventure Camp combines gymnastics, obstacle challenges, outdoor exploration, and a Water Day finale.

Hagood Mill Historic Site

Education and Field Trips: Hagood Mill offers tours of the 176-year-old mill, the Hagood Creek Petroglyph Site, blacksmith shop, and moonshine still. Children may watch demonstrations by local artisans, participate in hands-on activities, and experience workshops. There are several field trip options including one-day or multi-day trips, traveling field trip shows, and virtual field trips.
