Elizabeth Faulkner is a local real estate professional serving the Greenville, SC area and the entire Upstate. Elizabeth takes great pride in working hard and providing top-notch service to her clients. Elizabeth has extensive knowledge of the area and all it has to offer our residents and newcomers to the state. Her goal is to help families find the home they are looking for while making the buying and selling process a smooth one!
Although Elizabeth is a native to the southeast, growing up in the Atlanta metro area and living in Charlotte for many years, she is different from other real estate agents as she is not native to Greenville. Elizabeth has bought and sold many properties in North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. She understands that every transaction is unique, and that every client has their own goals and expectations. She understands the uniqueness of real estate because she has been through the buying and selling experience herself many times, in various regions of the country. Elizabeth’s own family has experienced multiple cross-country corporate relocations, moves to unknown areas and the emotions and concerns that involves. Elizabeth prides herself on understanding her clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations because she has been there herself.
Choosing to work as a single agent, rather than part of a team, means that Elizabeth’s clients work directly with her. While being supported by a team of brokers, she answers her own calls and works directly with her own clients. This is key to providing the client care needed to consistently exceed her clients’ expectations!
“Elizabeth has been fabulous to work with through the process of buying and selling our homes. She was extremely informative and prompt during the entire process. We can’t recommend Elizabeth enough and will definitely refer back to her for our future endeavors.” ~Caleb, buyer and seller in Simpsonville

“My family and I are not from South Carolina. When I found out I was relocating for my job, we saw Hamilton & Company had great ratings so we went that route. We are so glad we did because those ratings did not mislead or disappoint. From the beginning, Katie Hall was a great help and very informative. Then we were paired with Jacqueline Nicholas who was able to listen to our needs and line up a long list of homes to view. Because of all the options we were able to see, we were confident making a decision choosing our dream home. Thank you Hamilton & Co. team!” -Justin
