Summer Encounters 2026 camps will begin May 27!

Dive into another unforgettable summer adventure at Christ Church Episcopal School’s award-winning day camps in Greenville, SC. Summer Encounters hosts a comprehensive, diverse, and exciting collection of summer camps that provide meaningful opportunities for any child in grades (rising) K4 to 12.

Summer Encounters camps are designed for curious kids who love to explore new interests, dive deeper into favorite activities, and discover all the fun that summer has to offer. With hundreds of engaging options—ranging from sports and outdoor adventures to science, art, technology, creativity, leadership, and beyond—there truly is something for every child.

Core Camps (Grades K4 – 8th)
Campers explore music, dance, theater, and visual arts. They learn songs and choreography, create vibrant art projects, and bring stories to life through acting. Each week ends with a lively showcase where campers share their work with family and friends.
Full-time: 9:00am – 3:00pm $255 | Part-time: 9:00am – 1:00pm $195

Specialty Camps
Ready to shine on stage? Led by theater director and choreographer Josh Borges. Campers master high-energy routines, scenes, songs, and choreography, building skill and confidence. Each week ends with a show-stopping showcase where family and friends cheer them on.

Musical Theater: June 1–5 | Grades 6th-12th | 4:00pm – 7:30pm $200
Dance: August 3–7 | Grades 6th-12th | 5:45pm – 8:00pm $200
Princess Camp: August 3–6 | Ages 3–8 | 4:00pm – 5:30pm $100

Inclusive Arts Camps (Grades K4 – 8th)
We partner with World Upside Down Arts Studio to provide a supportive environment where children of all abilities explore theater, music, dance, and visual arts. Small groups with a 1:2–1:4 staff-to-student ratio ensure personalized guidance.
Full-time: 9:00am – 3:00pm $310 | Part-time: 9:00am – 1:00pm $275

Your elementary and middle school kids will explore a different imaginative adventure each week as they make new friends and develop creative skills in a Christian environment.

Join us for an unforgettable summer adventure at SCCT Summer Camps! Our diverse range of camps cater to children of all ages, offering a plethora of activities designed to ignite creativity, foster teamwork, and build confidence. From magical expeditions to theatrical escapades, there’s something for every young adventurer!

Step into the world of fantasy with camps like “Pirates, Mermaids, and Fairies, Oh My!” or “Hogwarts,” where imagination knows no bounds. Budding performers can shine in our performance-based camps, such as “Greatest Showman” and “Swifties Sing,” where they’ll hone their skills under the guidance of experienced instructors.

For those who prefer hands-on exploration, our activity-based camps like “Action Adventures” and “Treasured Toys” provide a platform for discovery and fun. From crafting to storytelling, every day is an opportunity to learn and grow.

Multi-disciplinary arts camp for children, including instruction in art, dance, drama, and music.

Offers: A wide variety of sports camps for students of all ages included. They also offer academic camps, theatre camps, and summer courses for credit.

Offers an array of different weekly drama camps for different age ranges and levels.
Ages: 6+
8 am – 3 pm

This all-day camp focuses on art, music, theatre skills, creative writing and dance. Each themed session ends with a Family Day Program. For ages 3 – 7th grade.

Mosaic is a nonprofit in Greenville, SC, serving youth and their families, with ESOL as a primary component of the program.
Ages: Rising 4K – high school
Summer Arts Program– emphasis on dance, drama, music, visual arts, creative writing, cultural celebration, and performance, along with weekly themes.

Offers: These week-long camps include options to learn about plays, musicals, improv, and auditioning.
Campers get to experience live theatre and be a part of a group performance at the end of the week.
Ages: 7 – 15 (grouped by age).

Anderson University offers a variety of summer camps at Summer Institute for rising 9-12 graders in camps like Vocal/Choir, Cybersecurity, Dance, Theatre, Engineering, and more.

Sports camps for rising 8th – 12th grade, including football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, cheer, tennis, lacrosse, and cross country.
Runs April through August each summer, most in June through July.

Overnight options for some camps are available.

SYT offers several different weekly camp options for students, great for beginners or those wanted to improve their skills.
Half-day and Full-day camps available

The Mauldin Theatre Company offers theatre-based summer camps.
Ages: 5th – 12th grade
For 2026, camps include:

• Broadway Beginner camp ( June 1 – June 5)
• Leading Player ( June 8 – June 12)
• Lion King Jr. (July 6 – 18)

Offers: Summer camp curriculum STEAM learning through exciting and fun experiences for your child every day! For ages 4 – 12

We provide a faith-based, enriching, and memorable experience, offering dance, music, drama, crocheting, sewing , creative writing , and more!
