Magical Mornings Camp (ages 3 – 5)
Come join our Magical Mornings camp this summer at Arts in Motion! Students will participate in weekly themes to help put on a show by learning to dance, crafts, a story they create, and ends with a performance!Â
Broadway Bound Camp (ages 6 and older)
Students ages 6 and up will participate in creating and putting on a show in 4 weeks. Students will learn scenes, choreography, music, and explore behind the scenes by assisting in set painting, prop design, and costumes! Each session will end with a performance. There are two Broadway Bound camps to choose from.Â

Let your kids bounce of OUR walls this Summer. Big Air Trampoline Park is the Upstate’s premier indoor trampoline park featuring never before seen attractions in the upstate like Battle Beam, Orbit Challenge, Trampoline Laser Maze, Mechanical Bull and South Carolina’s LARGEST Ninja Warrior course. Big Air offers day camps for kids aged 6-12 years old for only $100/week. We offer weekly morning sessions and afternoon sessions. Weekly camp sessions include 20 hours of jumping in the park, 5 lunches and snacks, Big Air Backpack, Big Air souvenir cup, and more.
Camp sessions are Monday – Friday from 9:00am-1:00pm or from 1pm-5pm. Drop off times are up to 30 minutes before and pickup times are up to 30 minutes after. All campers are required to have a valid waiver on file and must complete our registration form.

Shared Worlds is a unique writing camp for rising 8th-12th graders who enjoy writing fantasy and science fiction. Students get the opportunity to work with professional writers and bestselling authors. Apply by April 1st on the website. The 2020 camp is July 19th – August 1st.

In collaboration with BMW Manufacturing and Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, USC Upstate offers this unique camp to rising seniors in Spartanburg, Cherokee, Greenville, Union and Laurens counties. There is no cost to attend; however, campers must apply and be selected to attend. The 2020 Camp Session spans the weeks of June 15th -19th and 22nd-26th.
Offers: Camps and classes for students aged 2 and older. Camp themes include Little Mermaid, Pinkalicious, and Frozen.

Westminster Day School will offer two camp weeks this summer for children 12 months old – 6 years old.
Offers: Two camp sessions hosted by the Watershed Ecology Center at USC Upstate. Amazing Animals Camp is available for kids entering 1st-3rd grades and Creature Crafters Camp is an art camp with a nature and science twist for kids entering 4th – 6th grades. Camps will be June 28 – July 2 from 9 am – 12 pm.

Offers: Carolina Sports Camp, hosted by the Carolina Country Club, is a 4-day week of camp that includes tennis, golf, fitness, and swimming. Designed for kids aged 4-12 and is offered from 9 am – 1 pm.
CANCELLED: Experience camp in the heart of Spartanburg. Open to ALL rising 1st – 6th graders. Day camp includes traditional camp activities like hiking, swimming in the Junior Olympic size pool, games, archery, campfires, and skill building, as well as themed activities and guest speakers. Girls can select to spend Thursday night cooking an outdoor meal, taking part in a campfire, and a slumber party in the Lodge. Week-long camp sessions begin June 2 and end on August 7, with each week costing $175. Early arrival and late stay are available.

STEM Day Camp is for incoming 9th – 12th grade students. All activities will challenge students to apply STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) topics to real-world situations. Activities may include rocket launching, drone aerodynamics, programming rovers, engineering with dominoes, 3D printing, crime scene analysis, and analyzing chemical reactions. The camp is part of a collaboration between professors at Spartanburg Community College and USC Upstate through a grant from the National Science Foundation.

GoSciTech is the Governor’s School for Science & Mathematics’ (GSSM) annual residential summer science camp, designed for rising 8th, 9th, and 10th graders. Courses offered during the camp include Pre-Med & Anatomy, Marine Biology, Science and the Law, Codes and Cryptography, and many more! Courses are taught by GSSM faculty, college and university professors, and experts working in the field. Camp is held at GSSM’s Hartsville, SC campus. The application deadline is May 15th.
