Foothills offers exciting, age-appropriate summer camps designed to build confidence, skills, and friendships in a fun, supportive environment.
Tiny Tot Camps (Ages 3–5) meet for 2 hours daily and introduce young children to movement through gymnastics, ninja, cheer, tumbling, and imaginative play. Campers climb, jump, roll, balance, and explore obstacle courses while developing coordination, listening skills, independence, and social confidence. Specialty themes like Cheer & Tumble and Camp Happily Ever After add music, mini cheers, creative play, and princess fun to basic gymnastics instruction. These camps are perfect for first-time campers who love to move and play.
Camps for Ages 6 & Up meet for 3 hours daily and are designed for both beginners and experienced athletes. Gymnastics Camp focuses on skill development across events, strength, flexibility, and technique. Cheer Camp teaches cheers, jumps, stunts, tumbling, choreography, and teamwork, ending with a performance. Ninja Camp challenges campers with climbing, agility courses, and strength-building obstacles. Great Adventure Camp combines gymnastics, obstacle challenges, outdoor exploration, and a Water Day finale.
All camps are led by experienced coaches who provide positive instruction and individualized support, ensuring every child grows in skill, confidence, and love for movement.

Offered as week-long themed camps in both Greenville and Simpsonville, these
experiences blend dance, creativity, and play — perfect for young dancers ready to shine:
● Shine, Dance, Slay – This K-Pop camp brings high-energy moves, fierce confidence,
and lots of fun as dancers will experience a world of music, teamwork, and heroic
imagination.
● Royal Princess – Hear ye, Hear ye, royal subjects! Get ready to step into a magical
world of twirls and tiaras royal adventures.
● Pineapple Princess – An island-inspired dance adventure celebrating brave hearts,
ocean dreams, and friendship. Dancers will explore all dance genres while as a part of
our ohana!
● Mermaids & Pirates – Meet us under the sea for a treasure-seeking dance adventure!
From swishy mermaid moves to strong pirate steps, dancers will let their imaginations
sail free.
● Unicorn University – A whimsical week where magic meets movement. Dancers will
twirl, prance, and sparkle their way through a week of dance as they train to become
official unicorn graduates.
In addition to our camps, we also offer a 6-week summer class for ages 2-18 with drop-in options, and a four day Summer Dance Intensive class (Ages 10) where dancers can take their training to the next level.

Join International Ballet for an exciting Summer Experience! Ballet Camps are held Monday through Friday and feature age appropriate ballet emphasizing creativity, coordination, and musicality.
Taught by well known International Ballet faculty, students will explore all facets of the art of ballet, learning about the story, music and costumes of classic ballets. Each week of camp culminates with an in-studio themed performance for parents and friends of our young campers to show off what they’ve learned.
