At Primrose School of Simpsonville at Five Forks, the Summer Adventure Club allows children to become engineers, artists, explorers, and more as they discover the joys of design thinking, a fun and innovative way to learn. Engineering design challenges, experiments and themed activities await as children unlock new ways of thinking – all while having a blast!
Parents can register their children for all summer or just for individual weeks at a time. The weekly theme is different each week. Along with the theme, your child will also enjoy tons of on-site and off-site field trips!
Summer Camp is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 p.m. Children who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade are eligible to attend. Tuition includes breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, all field trips, and all supplies.

Build the summer of dreams at After School Plus! With over 100 unique specialty camps, there is something for everyone to explore! Join 1 camp or the whole summer. Camps are weeklong and open to all children in K4-8th grade.
Enrichment-based camps give children a collaborative place to explore topics with others who want to explore too. It’s the perfect mix of summer camp fun and ongoing learning experiences.
We offer full and half-day camps. Half-day camps are from 9 am-12 pm or 1-4 pm. You can put together a morning and afternoon camp to create a full day. In addition to camps, there is early care and late stay so families can build a daily schedule to fit their unique needs from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Greenville Explorers’ Summer Camp programming is a full 5 day week with full days of camp for K2 thru 5th graders. Each week has a fun interactive theme attached that includes Arts Extravaganza; Global Chef Adventures; Trailblazers & Treasure Hunters; and Planes, Trains, & Automobiles! Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks will be provided as well as themed activities, free play, and field trips & excursions (depending on age). Sign your camper up for a play-filled learning experience at TCMU-Greenville, the 7th largest children’s museum in the country, or TCMU-Spartanburg, a museum dedicated to school readiness and early childhood development. At both locations, young learners will enjoy exciting days infused with STEAM-based learning and museum exploration based on a different weekly theme.
Campers can choose from the following options (and more!):
• Blast off and explore the universe in our “Astronaut Academy.”
• “Get into Gaming” by learning coding basics.
• Dissect crime scenes and gather evidence as “Discerning Detectives.”

At TCMU-Greenville, summer camp is offered to children in PreK-5th grade. Caregivers must book by the week and can choose from half-day (AM or PM) or full-day camp. TCMU-Spartanburg summer camp runs from 9am-noon and is for children in 3K, 4K and 5K. Sessions can be booked by the day.

2023 camps will begin May 31! Summer Encounters is a day camp program in Greenville, SC. It hosts a comprehensive, diverse, and exciting collection of summer camps that provide meaningful opportunities for any child in grades K4 to 12. With almost 300 camps (75 are NEW) over 11 weeks, Summer Encounters offers something for everyone! Adventures in sports, creative pursuits, cooking, science and technology, service learning, and more! There are even some fun academic camps to give kids a “jump start” on the next school year. GoSciTech is the Governor’s School for Science & Mathematics’ (GSSM) annual residential summer science camp, designed for rising 8th, 9th, and 10th graders. Courses offered during the camp include Pre-Med & Anatomy, Marine Biology, Science and the Law, Codes and Cryptography, and many more! Courses are taught by GSSM faculty, college and university professors, and experts working in the field. Camp is held at GSSM’s Hartsville, SC campus. The application deadline is May 15th.

STEM Day Camp is for incoming 9th – 12th grade students. All activities will challenge students to apply STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) topics to real-world situations. Activities may include rocket launching, drone aerodynamics, programming rovers, engineering with dominoes, 3D printing, crime scene analysis, and analyzing chemical reactions. The camp is part of a collaboration between professors at Spartanburg Community College and USC Upstate through a grant from the National Science Foundation.
