Offers: Week-long course in a field of interest with a university instructor. Current Clemson students serve as mentors who guide Scholars through the week.

AGE: Rising 7th – 12th grade

Camp Invention is a STEM Summer camp program happening in all 50 states encouraging students to find and solve problems while building confidence. There are locations near Greenville, SC. Camps are one-week long, full-day camps.

Ages: enter 1st – 6th grade

Anderson University offers a variety of summer camps at Summer Institute for rising 9-12 graders in camps like Vocal/Choir, Engineering, Theatre, and an overnight scholars camp.

There are also a variety of sports camps in June and July for rising 8th – 12 grade students.

Crossroads Summer Camp offers athletics, outdoor adventures, arts, relationship building, quiz bowl, and pool parties as part of their camps. Camper must be at least 11 years old.

Camps are currently sold out for 2025, but join the waitlist!

Week 3: June 30th-July4th, 2025
Week 4: July 7th-11th, 2025
Week 5: July 14th-18th, 2025

Camps are held at Anderson University

Over a fun-filled week at  YLI Headquarters in Pickens, SC, campers will test their creativity and problem-solving skills. This camp is for children aged 9 – 15.

Camps are overnight, week-long, and begin June 8th, 2025-August 1st, 2025.

Junior keepers will get to learn all about domestic and exotic animals including their diet, grooming, vet care, and more!

3 camps are available for 2025 for ages 4 – 12 years old.

Join the Anderson Area YMCA for Venture Summer Camp 2025!

Camp Dates: May 27th – August 1st, 2025
Monday through Friday from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.  Breakfast and Lunch are served daily.

Registration begins on April 7th, 2025
Ages:  Rising 1st graders through rising 6th graders
Cost: 125 per child for YMCA Members, $135 per child per week for non-members, financial assistance available.

Offers: Art camps for kids! Camp is for ages 3-12, with half day and full day options.

2025 Registration opens February 10th, 2025.

2025 summer camp runs May 27th-July 25th.

Field Trips & School Programs: The South Carolina Botanical Garden at Clemson offers 45-60 minute school programs intended to support your curriculum and grade level. Homeschool groups can visit as well. Fee is $5 per student. They also offer classes that are perfect for homeschooling families.
