YMCA of Greenville Summer Day Camp

Day Camp at the YMCA of Greenville is a great place for children and teens to start finding magic in the adventure! We are excited to have your camper experience a fun-filled, exciting summer!

It is important that your child has a wonderful “first”, “second”…or “seventh” camp experience. The YMCA of Greenville’s goal is to create an atmosphere of trust and friendship so that each camper will feel happy and confident at camp. Campers’ activities include but are not limited to: assemblies, choice activities based on weekly themes, skits, stories, arts & crafts, fitness activities, relays, character development, academic enrichment and counselor huddle times.

The YMCA of Greenville camp program is progressively structured to challenge children according to their age. Camp programming is planned to give children an introduction to a wide variety of camp activities, along with providing them the opportunity for creative expression.

Summer Day Camp is offered at Caine Halter Family YMCA (Greenville), Eastside Family YMCA (Taylors), George I. Theisen Family YMCA (Travelers Rest), Judson Community Center (Greenville) and Prisma Health Family YMCA (Simpsonville).

Financial assistance is available for most camps.

S4 Summer Camps are the perfect sports based day camps for rising 1st-5th grade kiddos.

Kids love S4 Camps because there’s something for everyone. We keep it exciting and engaging, regardless of your child’s interest or aptitude for sports. Camp sessions run one week, Monday through Friday, and you can choose one or multiple weeks.

GTCHS’s Warrior Archery Development Camp is for rising 4th – 9th graders who would like to learn more about archery or get some extra summer practice. All equipment is provided and we take young archers through the National Archery In Schools curriculum and competition format step-by-step!

Offers: A variety of half- and full-day camps. For ages 3-13. YMCA also offers a Counselor in Training Program for kids aged 14-15.

2025 YMCA Spartanburg registration is now open for all locations.

Falling Creek is a Christian summer camp for boys, located on 900+ private acres in western North Carolina. 1-4 week sessions for rising 1st-12th graders.

The City of Greenville Parks & Rec is offering Super Summer Camp (2025), a fun-filled summer with field trips, educational time, arts & crafts, sports, games and more for children ages 6-12 years old! A healthy lunch will be provided each day. Camps are at David Hellams Community Center, Juanita Butler Community Center, Bobby Pearse Community Center and West Greenville Community Center.

Offers: Five days of non-stop entertainment and learning that kids will love. Each Academy is designed and taught by golf professionals from Topgolf Coach in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Designed for kids aged 6 years – 12 years.

Archery summer camp for ages 9 – 16 years old. Kids and teens will learn the basic concepts of archery, with an end-of-camp tournament.

Come dance with the Mauldin High School dance team, the Mavettes! Ages 4 – 12.
4 day camp where campers will learn a dance, dance skills, and complete a craft.
Campers will have a performance for their family on Thursday.
Each dancer will receive a pair of poms and a T-shirt.
Campers will also be invited to dance the pregame show at a football game with the Mavettes in September.
