Baby and Me Yoga

Join Ali, yoga instructor and doula, for a community gathering of Baby and Me Yoga held every other Tuesday at 11am at Half Acre Holistics. 

Newly postpartum? Join us in finding your community! This class is a safe container to be seen and supported among other postpartum women. Emphasis is on breath, gentle movements, reconnecting with your body after pregnancy and birth and creating relationships with others who are in a similar phase of life. Pre-wandering babies are welcome to join.

Must sign up at least 24 hours in advance. Space is limited to 5 participants and their baby.
