Earth Day Kids Yoga

We will celebrate Earth Day through movement, mindfulness, story, and crafts!

The book The Earth Gives More takes us on a charming journey through the seasons and illustrates how we can be good stewards to the earth We will move through a yoga flow, inspired by the beauty of the book and nature around us.

Kids will then make native wildflower seed balls to take home!

We will finish up with a meditation about loving and caring for mother earth.

Ages 5-11 years old. Caregivers must stay at the preserve during class. There is a great place to sit at picnic tables and benches very close to East Bay Deck.
