As of April 13, 2024, Urban Air Greenville is permanently closed.

Have you heard about Urban Air opening in Greenville? If your kids are driving you up the wall with their endless energy and no way to get it out, there’s a brand new adventure park in town that has just the remedy.

You may have seen the sign as you picked up groceries from Costco or shopped at Cabela’s. The big sign that reads “Urban Air Adventure Park.” If you’ve wondered what is going there, we have the answer.

Urban Air Adventure Park

Urban Air is a 58,000 square foot indoor trampoline and adventure park that caters to the whole family. Here’s a list of what they have in store for you:

  • Adventure Hub
  • Ropes Course
  • Leap of Faith
  • Climbing Walls

Exhausted yet from just reading about those? They also have a cafe because, really, your kids will be starving after all that fun. Urban Air Adventure Park is the largest indoor adventure park operator in the world. Their goal is to bring this one-of-a-kind experience to thrill-seekers of all ages.

Weekly Activities at Urban Air

In addition to their usual hours, Urban Air has Sensory-Friendly Play, which doesn’t involve the loud music, lights, and noise of the park during normal hours.

They also have Jumperoo, a time set aside for kids ages 5 and under to enjoy the park without the big kids around.

Family Nights, Fitness Classes, and Parents Night Outs are all special events that Urban Air will also have available. Check their calendar for details.

Urban Air Tickets and Memberships

Urban Air has several different ticket levels for guests depending on what they want to do at the park. Tickets start at $14.99 for the basic trampoline pass and up to $35.99 for the whole park. A Parent Pass can be purchased for half price of whatever ticket is purchased for the kid. Deluxe Access Pass for kids age 5 and under is $9.99.

Families can purchase Endless Play Memberships starting at $7.99 per month and enjoy unlimited access to the new park, ensuring everyone can play together and stay connected. Advance reservations recommended for both members and non-members to guarantee park admittance.

Urban Air Birthday Parties

If you’re thinking your kid would just love to have their birthday party here, you’re in luck. Urban Air has a variety of birthday party packages available that are completely customizable to what you want. They can include as many adventures that are inside the park as you like.

Food, drinks, merchandise, and even party favors can be added to the package.

COVID-19 Policies

Urban Air has taken several steps to enhance cleanliness policies and procedures to protect the health and well-being of customers, employees and local community members.

Some enhancements include temperature checks for both guests and team members; thorough, hourly, cleanings with EPA-listed disinfectants effective against COVID-19; increased sanitization stations throughout park; limited capacity on all attractions; cashless food service; social distancing measures in effect in and around the park; mask requirements for all team members and making face coverings available for purchase for guests, if they choose.
