Fall Hiking Series: Raven Cliff Falls

Join Conserving Carolina’s free Fall Hiking Series for a guided trek to Raven Cliff Falls, one of the Upstate’s most spectacular waterfalls, plunging an estimated 420 feet along the Blue Ridge Escarpment. The 3.9-mile out-and-back trail is moderate with a 738-foot elevation gain, winding through the Matthews Creek watershed to a viewing platform. Meet at Ironwood Plaza (Conserving Carolina’s office) for carpooling; bring a bag lunch, snacks, plenty of water, and sturdy footwear. Space is limited to 20 hikers and pre-registration is required. There is a $3 per adult state park trail access fee (cash only, exact amount).
