Taylors Elementary is a proud Leader in Me Lighthouse School and US News and Report Best Elementary School! We serve approximately 775 students in grades K5-5th from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.

Each year, as a LIM School, we set Wildly Important Goals (WIGS) to improve our academic performance. These WIGS are measured on an individual and classroom level so that we can meet our annual schoolwide goals. Students participate is school-wide leadership roles and work to implement the Seven Habits in his or her daily life.

Taylors is a diverse learning community with highly qualified faculty and staff who promote student-centered instruction. We strive to identify the strengths and learning needs of all students. Our staff regularly participate in professional development activities, improving their craft to improve student achievement and success.

We offer a wide range of programs and clubs during and after school. Each student has the opportunity to participate in Covey Clubs that interest them at no charge. Our PTA takes an active role in supporting our school initiatives as well as strengthening relationships with local businesses and community members.
