Fishing 4 Fun

Join Croft State Park for the annual Fishing 4 Fun Event for children ages 6 – 15. Enjoy a day of family fun and fishing. There will be t-shirts, fishing poles and bait for the first 125 participants – and you get to keep the rod and reel! Participants may only have one line in the water at a time. Throughout the event, you can talk with a Park Ranger about some fishing how-to’s. In order to participate, you must register by May 2 in person or by phone. Check-in at Shelter 2 beginning at 8am. All lines must be pulled out of the water by 11:30am. Weigh-ins must be completed by noon. We will have a food truck on site for you to buy your lunch.
