Head to the Boiling Springs Library for Fun Under the Sun! Splat, swirl, and savor dazzling tie-dye masterpieces including your own bucket hat, seashell necklace, and yummy snack. This activity is most suitable for the 6-12 age group. Materials available to the first 35 participants. This program may get messy so please dress accordingly.
