Move & Grow: Rock n’ Rollers

This class is for ages 0 – 6 months and is geared to help the caregiver and infants find the fun in play! This class focuses on pre-sitting milestones, rolling over, and more. You will learn strategies to progress tummy time and strength/coordination for progression sitting along with several other developmental tools!

Move & Grow is a play group guided by pediatric therapists, Robyn Evans OTR/L and Elizabeth Darling, PT, DPT.
