Prisma Health SeniorCare PACE is opening its doors to the community in celebration of PACE Awareness Month. Join us for a fun, family-friendly community celebration welcoming seniors, adults, teens, children, caregivers, and neighbors.

The first 125 registered guests to arrive will enjoy a complimentary meal and beverage from our food truck. Arrive early to secure yours!
