CNM Bethany Arrington also has privileges at Prisma Health, in case of need for that system of care. Genesis Birth and Wellness are currently only offering unmedicated childbirth. Services include at home and birth center assistance.

Spartanburg Regional Lactation Services offers support before you have your baby, in the hospital, and after you go home. Lactation services runs a boutique that offers breastfeeding supplies for sale or rent. They also provide one-on-one appointments with lactation consultants, in addition to telehealth appointments. Lactation services also facilitates breastfeeding classes and a breastfeeding support group called Table for Two.

Located in Spartanburg and serving the Upstate, Blayke Sellers Photography captures photos of newborns and maternity, as well as couples, families, and weddings.

Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System offers pelvic floor therapy via its Rehabilitation Services. They use physical and occupational therapy to create customized treatment plans that address a range of pelvic floor conditions for women, men, and children.

Some services offered include childbirth classes based on the Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth, doula services, and placenta encapsulation.

Labors of Love Midwifery- Greenville offers waterbirth for relaxation and pain relief. The practice only does natural childbirth. Clients have the advantage of a strong provider/patient partnership and the presence of their midwife continuously during active labor. Labors of Love offers midwifery services in Greenville and Spartanburg and has a birthing center located in Spartanburg.

La Leche League leaders are a staff of volunteers that fed their own children and then received training via La Leche League International. Leaders provide breastfeeding support via phone calls, e-mail, virtual, and in-person meetings.  One of their volunteers can be contacted through their website. In-person meetings are currently suspended due to the pandemic.

Postpartum Support International is a non-profit organization that supports anyone suffering from perinatal mood disorders. Their services include a directory of counselors and support groups (including online groups), as well as a helpline staffed by volunteers who can answer questions, offer support, and connect you or a loved one with local resources. Services are also included in Spanish.
