You can enjoy playing all 18 holes while exploring the immersive spooky environment that includes:

  • The Saloon with a playable piano 🎹
  • The stocks (a great photo spot!) ⛓️
  • The Jail, where you can go sit behind the bars and experience the terrifying electric chair! ⚡️
  • The water tower 💧
  • The “scary” mini-golf attendees 🧟‍♂️

You can enter the grounds of MadWorld for free and just enjoy the mini golf (additional fee)! ⛳️🧛🏻

2026 update: Ghost Town Mini Golf costs 15 carnival tickets per person, and carnival ticket bundles start at 30 tickets for $30. The mini golf course closes 30 minutes before the main haunted attraction closes each night.

MadWorld is a Great “First Scare” Experience

The grounds of MadWorld are a great first scare experience for children (or adults) who are not ready for the haunted house.

  • The actors stay in the main entrance area, so it’s up to you how long you want to face the “scares.”
  • A No-Scare medallion is available for purchase which will scare the monsters away!
  • You can also enjoy the bonfire, try Mad World’s signature drinks, play carnival games, or get snacks from the food truck!
  • Parking and Entrance to the grounds of Mad World are FREE, and don’t require a ticket to the haunted house!
  • Attractions inside the grounds are available for purchase after entrance.

MadWorld Mini Golf FAQ

Do I need a haunted house ticket to play the mini golf?

No. Parking and entry to the MadWorld grounds are free, and the 18-hole Ghost Town Mini Golf is paid for separately with carnival tickets (15 tickets per person).

When is MadWorld open in 2026?

MadWorld is open select nights from Sept. 4 through Nov. 7, 2026, mostly Fridays and Saturdays plus some Sundays and Halloween week. Check the official 2026 schedule before you go, since times can change with the weather.

Can my kids avoid being scared?

MadWorld sells a No-Scare Medallion that signals the monsters not to target or scare the person wearing it.

Is there food at MadWorld?

Yes, MadWorld sells food and beverages. Alcohol is not allowed on the property.
