Summer day camp at the Y is more than just fun – it’s a launchpad for lifelong memories. It’s where kids from all backgrounds come together to build confidence, try new things, and form friendships.

Whether your child enjoys sports, arts & science, dance, swimming, or a full-day camp experience, the YMCA of Greenville is ready to help you have the best summer ever! Each and every camp week, counselors work hard to instill the Y’s core values of respect, caring, honesty, responsibility, and faith all in a safe and fun environment.

Each of the family Y branches offers different specialty camps and enrichment experiences, so be sure that your desired camp is offered at your local Y.

We’re excited to host another great summer at Roper Mountain Science Center, the home to more than 100 week-long half- and full-day camps for children in completed grades K4 through 9th. Our hands-on activity-based educational Summer Explorations Camps mix a wide variety of fun in a wide range of topics. With selections of old favorites and new offerings from art to animals, pop culture to physics, lots and lots of Legos, and, of course, science for all ages, there is truly something for everyone at Roper Mountain. Trying to figure out what to do this summer? MOTIVE offers a fun solution for kids ages five and up with their weekly summer camps! Their facility is equipped with obstacles from the American Ninja Warrior TV show as well as parkour equipment, a foam pit, and two Olympic-style trampolines.

Join MOTIVE for an entire week! Camp will be held Monday through Friday every week of Summer, from June 1st -August 7th. Kids will be grouped with others around their age and participate in ninja warrior obstacle courses, games, crafts, open gym time, and much more.

Sylvan’s Build Your Own Summer Camp: A Custom Learning Adventure

Summer is a great time for kids to relax—but it shouldn’t mean a break from learning. Academic skills need practice, and Sylvan’s Build Your Own Summer Camp helps students stay sharp while having fun.

Sylvan Learning of the Upstate (Greenville, North Main Greenville, Easley, Spartanburg, and Anderson) offers a flexible, personalized summer experience. Families can customize their child’s program by choosing focus areas like Math, Reading, Writing, or College Readiness (SAT/ACT Prep). Join us for an exciting week of learning, competition, and fun at the Carolina Elite Soccer Academy Summer Day Camps!

CESA Day Camps are open to players of all skill levels who are eager to develop their technical and tactical abilities. Instruction is led by licensed, professional coaches who use a curriculum of fun, age-appropriate activities and small-sided games to build skills while fostering a love for the game.

Camps will be held at the beautiful MeSA Soccer Complex.

PKL Park Pickleball Summer Camp
This active summer camp introduces kids to pickleball fundamentals through skill-building, games, and friendly competition—perfect for boosting confidence, making friends, and having fun on the court.

Camp Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

Age Groups:
• Ages 7–10
• Ages 11–13
