YMCA of Greenville Summer Day Camp

Day Camp at the YMCA of Greenville is a great place for children and teens to start finding magic in the adventure! We are excited to have your camper experience a fun-filled, exciting summer!

It is important that your child has a wonderful “first”, “second”…or “seventh” camp experience. The YMCA of Greenville’s goal is to create an atmosphere of trust and friendship so that each camper will feel happy and confident at camp. Campers’ activities include but are not limited to: assemblies, choice activities based on weekly themes, skits, stories, arts & crafts, fitness activities, relays, character development, academic enrichment and counselor huddle times.

The YMCA of Greenville camp program is progressively structured to challenge children according to their age. Camp programming is planned to give children an introduction to a wide variety of camp activities, along with providing them the opportunity for creative expression.

Summer Day Camp is offered at Caine Halter Family YMCA (Greenville), Eastside Family YMCA (Taylors), George I. Theisen Family YMCA (Travelers Rest), Judson Community Center (Greenville) and Prisma Health Family YMCA (Simpsonville).

Financial assistance is available for most camps.

Shipshape Farm summer camps are an all-around, old-fashioned, good time! We are outside all day, every day – so kids return home happy and tired. We play old school field day style games every day, create hands-on crafts, explore the land, get hands-on time with the animals, dig in the garden (And taste test all the veggies!). We also enable plenty of time for imagination and relationship building.

Here on the farm, we have goats, chickens, bunnies, ducks, dogs, and cats. The structure of each day varies based on weather and animals. If you would like your kiddo to enjoy tech free play in the sunshine – Shipshape Farm is the place for you!

Each summer, we explore what living out your faith looks like through outdoor activities like archery, canoeing, climbing, community-building, daily devotions, & engaging worship!

Located in Cleveland, SC, with 300 beds and 2,000 acres with beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails. Our summer camp is second to none! Established in 1961, our mission has been to serve all people for Christian birth, growth, & renewal.

Greenville Rec Community Center Summer Camps — Greenville, SC
Ages 6–11, June 1–July 31, 9 AM–5 PM.
Full-day structured childcare with activities, crafts, games, and outdoor play.
Pricing: $405 Greenville resident / $507 out-of-county for the full summer. Early arrival and late stay are available.

Falling Creek is a Christian summer camp for boys, located on 900+ private acres in western North Carolina. 1-4 week sessions for rising 1st-12th graders.
