We try to go out as often as possible to any number of places that give a hands-on, visual, and educational experience and always have a lot of fun.

Want to see baby goats and lambs? See a live birth on the farm? We’re teaching how to be good little shepherds and helpers on the farm!
Dress for the weather with closed toed shoes or boots. Clothes that can get dirty. We will be in the pastures with the sheep and goats. We will learn how to care for them, how to handle them and even assist a new sheep mom with newborn babies.
We will have guardian dogs in the pastures with the livestock. Dont bring your dog to the farm, it will upset the guardian dogs that are watchin their flocks. This class can be the beginning of regular meeting on a monthly or possibly more frequently.

Your 2-7th grade homeschooled students are invited (and friends that are invited by homeschooled students) to the second annual Valentine’s Bash at the beautiful Belleview Meadows event barn! Homeschool Days at the Biltmore include storytelling, learning about artifacts and what it was like to live and work at the estate in the early 1900s.
Homeschool days: They usually have one in September, October, and November
Times: There are two 90 minute sessions, morning and afternoon, to choose from: 10:00am – 12:00pm and 1:30pm – 3:30pm.

Cost: You must have a ticket to do one of these programs and cost is TBD. If you have an annual pass, you don’t need to pay for an adult ticket if you don’t want to participate but you will be charged for student tickets.
