Plant Stella is one of those downtown Greenville spots that makes you slow down and smile. Whether you’re strolling through Falls Park or exploring Main Street, this little oasis is the perfect place to pause with your kids (or your teen!) and soak in something beautiful — and delicious.
Here’s what you can expect when you visit.
Plant Stella in Downtown Greenville
📍 11 Falls Park Drive, Greenville, SC 29601
🌿 Located right by Falls Park on the Reedy — perfect for pairing with a park day!
Plant Stella Website
Full disclosure, my teenage son, Chris, had already discovered Plant Stella before we went together. He and one of his friends call it “their spot” in downtown Greenville. They love looking at all the unique plants, like venus fly traps, and grabbing boba tea or a fun Hello Kitty soda. It is, as they say, a fun place to chill. So, when we were in the area together, he was excited to stop by Plant Stella and show it to me.

The moment you step inside, it feels like you’ve left the street behind. Everywhere you look, there’s something gorgeous growing. The design is immersive and incredibly welcoming, with lush greenery surrounding you from floor to ceiling.
The calm sound of trickling water adds to the peaceful vibe. It really does feel like stepping into another world — a refreshing break from downtown.
It’s not a huge space, and the walkways are a little narrow, but that cozy layout adds to the charm. There’s so much to look at, from leafy plants to little design details tucked into every corner.
The Boba Tea: So Many Fun Options
Let’s talk about the boba — because it’s so good.
There are tons of flavor combinations, so everyone in your family can find something they love. Whether your kids like fruity, sweet, or classic tea flavors, there are plenty of options to mix and match.

Here’s what we tried:
- Peach green tea with popping mango boba – light, fruity, and super refreshing.
- Kiwi green tea with cantaloupe popping pearls – teen-approved and full of fun flavor.
The popping boba is always a hit. It turns a simple drink into a fun little experience — especially for older kids and teens who love customizing their order.
A Fun Spot for Teens
If you have a teen, this is such a great downtown stop.
It feels a little more grown-up than a typical ice cream run, but still totally fun. Let them pick their own flavor combo, snap a few photos in the greenery, and enjoy a relaxed treat together. It’s an easy way to connect without it feeling forced — just a casual, cool stop during your day out.
