Do you have a rambunctious bunch you need to keep entertained? Are you looking for a place to take your Lil’ fairy? Then we have the event for you! Read on to learn the Enchanted Chalice Renaissance Faire details so you’re family can get in on the fun!

This event has been POSTPONED. New dates are TBA.

What is the Enchanted Chalice Renaissance Faire?

The 9th annual and final Enchanted Chalice Renaissance Faire is taking on a steampunk theme this year. With something to entertain every member of your crew this event, the only one of its kind in the upstate is something you shouldn’t miss!

This event really does have something to keep a grin on everyone’s face. With live music, belly dancers, bounce houses and more no one will find themselves bored at this Renaissance Faire. If your little ones want to dress up in fun garb for the occasion, a stop at dollar tree will outfit them for the day and keep some gold pieces in your wallet. Did I mention there is a costume contest? Be sure to register upon arrival if you want to compete.

A wide variety of food vendors will be there offering grub and libations to wet your whistle, including those giant turkey legs and offerings from local vendors.

My children’s favorite part of the faire last year was The Hounds of East Fairhaven. This non-profit educates patrons about the role sighthound breeds played in history. Currently, members of HoEF have Greyhounds, Italian greyhounds, Irish Wolfhounds, Whippets, Borzoi, Afghan Hounds, Scottish Deerhounds, Ibizan hounds, and Bloodhounds. They love to share their hounds and promote sighthound adoption and responsible dog ownership. My son could have sat next to one particular dog all day, and I’m sure its where he’ll be most of the time while we’re there this year.
