Let’s be honest — motherhood is no picnic.  Some days you need a little extra help. Whether its pure exhaustion, the need to repeat yourself a million times, having to clean up every hour, or feeling as if you’re making food all day long, mom days can be very long. Add in needing to balance all of that with a full-time job, social life, staying active, tidying up the house, food shopping, and it’s no wonder mom life can get overwhelming.

You may feel like you can handle everything, but in reality, it’s impossible to be superwoman 24/7. It’s okay to ask for help. Feeling like you lost yourself when you became a mom is totally normal.

I’ve made it easy to find local therapists who are willing to help you with what you’re going through! Don’t be embarrassed to reach out to any one of these places to ask for help.
