You Have to Try the Dubai Chocolate Inspired Treats at The Crêperia in Greer!

Posted on |

Are you looking for a cute and welcoming cafe that has savory and sweet crepes, delicious coffee or matcha, and maybe even a scoop of ice cream? The Creperia off of Hudson Road in Greer is the place! We visited the cafe (several times, it’s so good!) and tried a few of the items on their menu, including their delicious Dubai chocolate bars.

Savory of Sweet? The Crêperia Crepes

Many of us are accustomed to the sweet crepes you may find at breakfast spots around town, but The Creperia takes crepes to another level of deliciousness. They have several options for sweet crepes, including Kit Kat and Lotus Biscoff, both of which are delightful. You can top them with strawberries or bananas, and they come in half and whole sizes. My husband and I sometimes like to split one of these decadent crepes over coffee when the kids are at their Nana’s house.

Looking for something less sweet? Their savory crepe selection is a great option for lunch. Their menu has savory crepes like egg and cheese, turkey and bacon, and my personal favorite, the Gyro. Getting a Gyro in crepe form is very different from the typical pita bread, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it and how flavorful it is.  Savory crepes are between $6 and $7 for a half, and up to $12 for a full crepe.

Dubai Chocolate Bars and Treats

TikTok has set off the Dubai chocolate bar trend, and several places in the area have risen to the challenge by offering their take on the delicious and decadent chocolate bar. If you do not know what they are, these chocolate bars are a combination of solid milk chocolate on the outside, and a creamy/crunchy mixture of pistachio or biscoff with knafeh on the inside. We really enjoyed the Dubai chocolate bar options that The Creperia offers, some of the best we have tried!

They have a couple of different flavors to choose from, including the traditional pistachio, Lotus Biscoff, and cookies and creme. The chocolate bar is fantastic! Creamy, decadent, and we probably ate the entire bar within a few minutes. The bars are perfect for a gift or special dessert, and my husband has brought home a few for us to enjoy after the kids go to bed.

Dubai chocolate bars are $10 per bar. They also have several Dubai chocolate inspired treats, like the Dubai chocolate latte’s and the new Dubai chocolate pistachio strawberry cup with pistachio-almond ice cream! I know what my next treat will be. Yum!

Coffee and Ice Cream

Not only does The Creperia offer some unique options for crepes, they also have delicious coffee. You can get many of the traditional espresso drinks, seasonal specials, matcha, and lattes. They even have a Dubai Chocolate pistachio latte.

If you’re looking for something a little healthier and not caffeine related, they also have smoothies, including banana, strawberry, and a “festive blend” of fruits.

Have a kid who loves ice cream (or craving some yourself)? They have several flavors to choose from, and you can get a scoop or two in a waffle cone. You can enjoy their ice cream in milkshake form as well.
