Kids need something to do over winter break near Greenville, SC? In your rush to shop, wrap gifts, prepare for the holidays, are you thinking about what your kids are going to do with all of their free time?  No?  Well, no worries because we’re doing it for you.

We have compiled a list of Winter Camps offered around Greenville that might be just what you need and we’ll keep updating it throughout the holiday season. With so many fun Winter Camps happening all around town there’s no reason for your kids to be complaining that they’re bored during their break from school. And, P.S., you get a break too.  Perfect!

Winter Camps Around Greenville, SC

The Children’s Museum of the Upstate

TCMU-Greenville has winter break camp December 18-22, 2023 from 9 am – Noon. The cost is $48/day non-members and $43/day members. All the days are based on a theme, which can be found on their registration page.

South Carolina Children’s Theatre

Winter Break Workshops are offered December 20-23 & 27-29, 2023. For children in K5 -5th grade, camps are from 9 am – 3 pm and tuition is $200. Children bring their own beverage, snack, and lunch.

Climb at Blue Ridge

December 20th – 22nd, 2023 from noon to 4 pm is Winter Break Camp at Climb at Blue Ridge. Camp is for kids age 6 and up. Cost is $175 for non-members ($155 each additional sibling) and $125 for members ($110 each additional sibling).

Dance Without Limits

Offered for the first time, Elf winter break camp is December 21, 2023 from 9 am – Noon at Dance Without Limits. Kids will be split into two age groups: ages 4-5 and ages 6-10. You don’t have to be a Dance Without Limits student to participate.

Studio Green

Studio Green is offering Christmas Camp December 20-22, 2023. You can choose one day or all three. It costs $40/day or $100/three days and is for ages 4-11 and run 9 am – 3 pm.

MOTIVE School of Movement

MOTIVE School of Movement has winter camps December 20-22 and 27-29, 2023 and January 2-3, 2024 either half (9 am- 12:30 pm or 12:30-4 pm) or full day (9 am – 4 pm). The cost is $65/half day and $90/full day. Ages 5+.

Greenville Gymnastics (Mauldin)

Greenville Gymnastics is having winter camps at their Mauldin location December 20-22, 27-29, 2023 and January 2-3, 2024 from 9 am – 2 pm each days for kids ages 3+ who are able to use the restroom without assistance. The cost is $75/day. Packages are available, call for details.

The Little Gym

For ages 3-8, the Little Gym is offering Winter Break camps December 26-29, 2023 from 9 am-Noon each day. Cost starts at $30 per day.

YMCA of Greenville

Winter Break camps are offered at several locations of the Greenville YMCA December 20-22, 2023. Holiday camps are $50 per day for members and $65 per day for non-members.

City of Greenville

The City of Greenville invites students in grades K5 through 8 to play, create and explore this holiday season. Winter Break Camp provides two days of fun-filled activity to keep your children engaged and entertained during winter break. All materials for the activities will be provided, but campers must provide their own lunch. Dates are Wednesday, December 20th and Thursday, December 21st from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm at the Bobby Pearse Community Center (904 Townes Street). The cost is $50/city residents and $60/non-city residents.

Kroc Center

Winter Sports Camps at the Kroc Center are offered December 20-22 and 27-29, 2023 for ages 7-13 for half and full days (7:15am-6:15pm). The cos for members is $110 for half day and $165 for full day. Non-member pricing is $120/half day and $185/full day. Registration ends December 18th.

Kids Play & Cafe

Kids Play & Cafe in Easley will be offering Christmas and New Years winter break camps December18th-22nd and December 26th-29th, 2023 separated into two age groups: 5 & under and 6 & over. Registration is required. The cost is $30/day from 9 am – Noon or a drop off rate of $40/day. There is a $10 registration fee to cover the t-shirt. Kids don’t need to come every day, they can pick and choose. An optional lunch add-on is $5.

Yellowbobbypins Art Camp

Yellowbobbypins Art will have two camps available over winter break! These one-day art camps are available on January 2nd, 2024 (Sweet Shop Camp, ages 6 – 14 years old), and January 3rd, 2024 (I Am an Artist Camp, ages 3 – 8 years old). The price is $50 per child, per camp. Camps are from 9 am – 12 pm.

Camps Not Updated for 2023 Yet

Sportsclub Kids (no 2023 info yet)

Sportsclub Kids offers a full-day Winter Break camp for kids ages 4-14 that opens at 7:30 am and ends at 6 pm. For $45 a day, kids will enjoy activities and a snack. Lunch is not included. Available dates are December 19-22, 26-30, 2022 and January 13, 16, 2023.

Greenville Parks and Recreation (no 2023 info yet)

Greenville Parks and Recreation will have two winter break camp sessions available for K5-5th grade children. Session one is December 19th – December 21st, 2022 from 8 AM to 1 PM at Bobby Pearse Community Center. Session 2 is from December 28th – December 29th, 2022 from 8 AM to 1 PM at West Greenville Community Center. Daily fees are $15 for Greenville city residents/ $18 for Greenville County residents. Registration required.

Good to Go GVL (no 2023 info yet)

Get the kids in the kitchen cooking with Good to Go GVL. Their camps are December 19-23 and 27-30, 2022 from 9 am – Noon each day. The camps are for kids ages 6-12 and cost $65/day or $275/week. The kids will be cooking at 209 W Antrim Drive, Suite B, Greenville.

KidsZone on orchard park has winter camp for $200 for the whole 2 weeks.
