I just shop “the list”! Whatever the school has asked for I get but I get extra to give to the teacher to keep in the classroom.

How can we learn about donating school supplies to teachers and schools? I’d like to give the items directly rather than to some organization where I don’t know where it ends up.

I’ve just asked my kid’s teacher what they need. They usually have a wishlist. Or contact the school now and see what they are looking for.

Usually supplies like pens, pencils, paper, etc. I also take advantage of the tax free weekend to get supplies for Samaritan Purse Christmas boxes!
