Hotels in Downtown Greenville, SC

When Downtown Greenville was in the beginning of it’s re-birth there were just about two hotels two choose from.

The South is nothing if not hospitable, so Greenville has stepped up with a bunch of new hotels in the downtown area to welcome all of the visitors who have decided to explore our beautiful city. In the last few years that number has grown to accommodate the over half a million hotel room stays booked in Greenville a year by tourists. Our fair city is the third most visited in the state according to a recent study. All those travelers have to sleep somewhere, right?

Everyone is familiar with The Westin Poinsett, the oldest of the hotels in the downtown area, so we are going to focus on all the newer places Downtown has to offer people in the way of a place to rest your head.
