Hub City Lactation provides compassionate, evidence-based infant feeding support to families across Spartanburg and the Upstate. Our small, dedicated team is TOTS-Specialty Trained and committed to helping parents feel confident, informed, and supported from pregnancy and the first feed through weaning.

We offer a full spectrum of services, including prenatal preparation, breastfeeding, bottle-feeding and pumping support, solid food introduction, milk supply care, and guidance for oral motor functional concerns. Our team provides tongue, lip, and buccal tie evaluations, oral motor habilitation, and structured support before and after release procedures. We also serve the community through free support groups, group classes, and ongoing family education.
